Who must take Industrial Storm Water Training? The base Industrial Storm Water permit requires storm water pollution prevention training to individuals who work in industrial shops. All employees/Marines who work in these shops and deal with fueling, hazardous materials/waste, chemicals like paint and solvents, vehicle and aircraft maintenance, Roads and Grounds, etc. are required to take storm water training annually.
